The OrgPlus .exe is found on \\andromeda\admin2\Applications\Misc\OrgPlus - Just run the file and use the serial number that's provided within the OrgPlus folder.
If you run into the side by side configuration error in OrgPlus Desktop, you will need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008, available at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29.
